We build a fresh replacement: your choice of illuminated switches, laid out however you want them, with labels engraved into the back of the panel if you're adding backlighting — so the face stays completely smooth and light shows through the lettering — or into the front if you're skipping backlighting. It's the look that comes standard on newer boats, built for the one you already own.
